University degree in science / technology / engineering / mathematics, or in a related field, or an equivalent qualification Several years of experience in leading multiple data analytics projects or products, e.g., gained during several years in tech or strategy consultancy, ideally in the life sciences industry Solid expertise in and overview on biotech R&D topics and a broad understanding of digital and data topics Experience in applying agile methodologies and conducting agile rites (e.g., check-ins, sprint review/planning, task tracking) and a clear understanding of how to start small (e.g., with user stories, wireframes, PoC/MVP) and iterate fast towards final digital and data solutions Affinity with coding and common system integration methods and technologies, including web services, REST, JSON, etc. Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment from the top management to subject matter experts Fluency in English, German is a plus
