Consultant Corporate Strategy and M&A (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
The BLANC & FISCHER group-wide strategy process
M&A projects within BLANC & FISCHER Group globally «from screening to closing» including analyses supporting senior management decisions (incl. i.e., market screening, data room processes, valuations)
Analysis of the macroeconomic environment as well as the market and competitive landscape of BLANC & FISCHER Group. Preparation of market intelligence reports and industry deep-dives for senior management
Qualifikationen:
Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, innovation management, or similar
Work experience of 2-3 years in the areas of strategy, M&A and/or market intelligence is a plus
Analytical skills and enthusiasm for numbers & tables
A team player with high degree of self-motivation, structured working style and passion for business, combined with a hands-on mentality
Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and German
Excellent knowledge of common MS Office applications
